Ewing Automotive Group interview questions

Filled out an online application. Then took a couple of personality tests online. I then received an email from HR stating they would follow up. No one has ever followed up. They need to follow up with all candidates hired and not hired. Don't just leave people hanging, this is not good communication as an employer.
