I had two virtual interviews during COVID in 2021. The interview was relaxed and professional. It was a negative experience because I was never contacted after the two interviews, despite my 3 email and text follow-ups. It should be standard to at least provide a follow-up rejection email or message for a candidate that has done one or more interviews. Please don't ghost interviewees!
