You get grilled by owner or sales manager sees you and hires you due to turn overs. There's really not much to the interviewing process and this is due again to the lack of staff

Can you sell? Why? Do you mind working long hours.once again not many questions I'll ask you want to interview it's more based on how you look and if you 50 image skill sets I guess they can teach you that later
