phone interview then went in for an in person interview. asked what type of customer service experience I had had before. asked to participate in mock phone call from a pretend customer. this caller had received the wrong item in the mail for her son's birthday. how would you rectify the situation?

Signed up through my schools career site but you can email them about job opportunities. They emailed me back after a few weeks and asked me to fill out a questionnaire. After submitting the questionnaire I was hired. Very easy process.
