Quick and down to the point, the interviewers where friendly and seemed relaxed. they were very talkative and followed a script , which laid out the questions they would like to ask,
there were two interviewers for first interview and again two for the follow up interview, however these were more senior members of staff.

Mix of competency/situational based questions with the Sales manager. 1 interview and then offer.
