      Implementation Program/Project Manager Interview

      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Everly Health (Austin, TX) in Jun 2021

      Interview

      The interview process was long, and in total took about 2 months to receive a rejection after 4 rounds. The first round was with the recruiter. She scheduled it, then cancelled and said someone else would schedule with me, which was fine, but then at the previous agreed upon time, the first recruiter called, forgetting she had canceled our call. The next round was with the hiring manager, typical job related questions, and the third round was with the hiring manager's manager. All calls went well, and the final round was a presentation to 5 various members of different teams. There was a prompt given for a certain situation, and it was noted that the applicant shouldn't spend more than 4 hours on the presentation. I honestly spent between 15 and 20, as I wanted to showcase as many skills as possible. After about 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I followed up for a status and was told: After much deliberation, the team has decided to continue interviewing. They didn't feel like any of the finalists are quite the right fit. Thank you so much for all the time you invested in exploring this with us! I found this disheartening, since the team spent what I thought was a lot of time interviewing, and even with each presentation then dedicated 5 hours of work time between 5 employees. In the end they chose no one, so perhaps the role was no longer necessary.
