Multiple steps with tests & high quality interviews . Very picky, but mostly for personality & drive. Yes, experience & education helps but mostly hire based off of energy & feel of interview. They are willing to train, but they want the right culture/people more than anything.

The interview process is definitely a little scammy; the recruiters turn their cameras off, and it seems they are reading from a script. This company gives very culty vibes, they don't want their employees to have conversations with each other, pay is low, and they want you to come in out of hours when needed.
