I submitted an online application and was called the next day to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by the principal and the instructional coach. It really felt more like a conversation than an interview.

How would you structure reading in your classroom?
Fairly straightforward phone call interview. This was then followed by an in-person panel interview at the school with questions that were expected. People were friendly and easy going throughout the process.
