Basically for me it was a question of work history. They want to know where you've been, what were the specifics of your job responsibilities and what you are looking for in the future. It was casual, easy going and rather friendly. The people there were courteous and friendly. It took only about 45 minutes. They do have you sign an exclusivity contract.
