Very brief in person interview. No phone interview beforehand. The manager (an employee of Wells Fargo) made me an offer without even asking me any skills-related questions. This is why I say she didn't know what she wanted, changed her mind later and ended the contract. If Apex had had any idea about this, they wouldn't have sent me into this situation. But I was desperate for work and accepted the position.
