no offer and no update, nothing at all after 3 rounds of interview. We candidates demand at least an update whether yes or no. Its a simple respect to us.

The whole process took about 20 days. The interview includes 1 culture-fit interview with the head of people, another interview with the talent acquisition personnel, 1 take-home test and 2 more rounds of technical interviews (taking an hour each). The talent acquisition personnel was pleasant. After passing the take-home tests you will advance to the final 2 technical interviews. Technical interviewers are carried out in a pop-quiz format with many technology-related questions that might include live-coding questions (like given 2 arrays, combine into 1 array with only the overlapped items) and to succeed you have to elaborate a lot on questions. Be mindful that even though questions might be granular (like 'Do you know generics in TypeScript?'), remember to elaborate much more so the interviewers are able to grasp your high-level knowledge.
