During a 15 minute screening interview, they mentioned that their offer would be significantly less than the range posted on the job posting. The questionnaire is quite lengthy and realistically would take a day to complete if you are not that privy to CDISC standards. The SAS test was mostly short answer and involved questions that felt like trivia (at least for me.) The SAS you learn in undergrad or during your master's would not be enough; I think their questions are suited towards people with SAS experience outside of the classroom.
I would say the interview process is generally difficult for anyone that's actually early career level and especially for the pay. I also did not hear any follow-up after completing the SAS assignment.
