Interview
There are two round about the interview.
The first round is the group discuss. The topic is about how to handle customer's complaints. The second round is the personal interview. The HR focus on the specific role and opinion about the company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Everbright Securities
Interview
Two interviews process included, one is with hr, and another one with current employees. Interview only included behavioral questions and was only thirty minutes long. In general, was not too hard and just be yourself and show the interviewer that you are good at communicating.
