1. Phone screening with HR, discussing current CTC, notice period etc.
2. A 3 hr interview:
1st hr - HM:
- Behavioral questions during incidents, pressure, bugs etc.
- Questions on Task planning, AGILE methodologies etc.
2nd hr - Tehcnical:
- Live coding round with 1 easy - medium problem.
3rd hr - Code maintainability:
- Session on best practices to write code so its easy to maintain.
Wait for the callback from HR to know if you got the job.
