Communication was a mess from start to finish. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, and several of the responses I got were short, passive-aggressive, and made it feel like I was an inconvenience.
In the panel interview, one of the interviewers showed up six minutes late with no prior warning. She immediately said she had a hard stop, and the whole call felt rushed and checked-out. There was zero energy or genuine engagement, and it honestly felt like she didn’t want to be there at all.
I walked out thinking I was moving forward. After following up, I was told I wasn’t. The feedback I was given afterward made no sense based on the actual interview.
When I pointed out the disconnect, the recruiter argued back and got defensive and disrespectful over email — which was shocking to see from someone representing the company. This was by far the strangest interaction I've ever had with a recruiter while receiving feedback. This all happened over email, and was the weirdest interaction I've ever had with interviews.
Overall, the experience was slow, sloppy, and weirdly dismissive. The attitude, the communication, the rushed interview, the tone of the emails — none of it reflected well. I’m honestly glad I never had the opportunity to work at this place with this attitude, coupled with how laughably low the compensation is.
