There is an assessment, then if you pass that, there is an interview and a writing/editing exercise. Then they decided if you get an offer or not, overall a pretty normal experience.
Interview process included a written test and a series of remote interviews with multiple higher level managing employees in the company. They were friendly interviews and not too difficult overall.
