I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at European Wax Center in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online I was contacted two weeks later via email, the interview was very quick but she made me feel extremely comfortable I wasn't nervous at all she talked about the company and the background of EWC then asked me questions not many though. She called me in for a second interview with the owner and he went over the same things she did and was also very nice and seemed to care allot about his employees and how happy they will be working for their business. He made me an offer and told me to think about it first because he didn't want me to get caught up in the moment and accept without thinking on it, so I went home discussed the offer with my husband and accepted his offer the next day.
My advice is to be confident in your answers
Always make eye contact
Smile allot
Have positive energy and a positive attitude
Wear black and white (those are their management colors)
Research the company
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at European Wax Center
Interview
Not too long. They advertise everywhere, so getting your resume in isn't the issue. Was called promptly after emailing my resume. Given a brief interview over the phone and then invited to come in for a face to face. I was pretty much hired on the spot. Process took no more than 2 weeks.

The interview process is a three part process. The first interview is a series of basic questions and an explanation of job duties and responsibilities. The second interview is a scenario of questions in regards to remembering the company lingo, and scripts. The third interview is a conversation about salary, benefits, schedules, and things of that nature. Then you have to fill out a background check. within a week after that, you are given an offer.
