They ask you about your marketing moves and selling abilities so that you can make a commission. It's literally just like any other interview, so just be yourself. The just want you to have an upbeat attitude and to be excited to join the team.

Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
