My interview process for this corporate position was overall a great virtual experience during the COVID-19 pandemic! EWC started as a family owned business and the vibe still exists today - I felt part of the family from day one during my first phone call interview. The recruiter was extremely communicative every step of the way and would send check in emails throughout the process.
