I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2018
Interview
There was a 10 minute phone interview to begin with, they invited me to a second interview where I met with the GM, she asked simple additional questions . The 3rd step of this process included doing extensive training by learning products and protocol. There will be a trial run of your skills on live guest. Keep in mind if you don’t have the foundation of waxing down they will train you additional days.
