I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Daly City, CA)
Interview
I applied online. The manager contacted me the next day for an interview. When she came out she had this look on her face like I was intimidating or something. Then the interview just went to crap from there. She kept asking me basic questions and about my education (mind you they don't like people with higher degrees and that have not been in the field for years just a warning to people revamping thier careers in cosmo or esthi)and kept batting her eyes like a bat because she felt uncomfortable around me for whatever reason. I don't understand how these people with no good interviewing or people skills get into positions of higher power. I also observed the people that worked there and theyre all the same type of people and they all look the same including the manager. I think that's why she had that look like what the hell look when I came for the interview. Obviously I didn't get the job.

Interview
Very easy, training felt rushed but everyone was very friendly. Wish some things were mire thoroughly taught before thrown in with clients. The atmosphere felt very rushed as well but I still took it at my own pace.
