European Imports interview questions

Telephone interview turned into an on-site & spent 2 hours with STAR behavioral questions w-2 executives & 45 min with tests. Was told the next week they found somebody who fits their needs, yet it is posted again today - Oct 24, 2019. Very unprofessional, just let me know I was not a fit, don't lie about it. In retrospect, this indicates their values.
