I went though a 30 minutes phone interview first, then I was invite to an office interview where I interview with 3 people. And 4 days later, I went for a second round of interview with 3 additionals people

The technical IT question were unexpected since I was interviewing for a finance position
interesting and honest on behalf of the interviewer proccess. Accurate questions and a genuine interest about my interests and the fitting of my skills on the job. Also the commitment from the interviewer about updating me regarging the status of the position was true and on time
