Had an hour of written test where you are suppose to predict current trends in the market and calculate basic stuff like percentage changes and year on year increase. Followed by an interview which the interviewer will ask you to justify you answers. Following that is competency based interview when they ask questions about your competencies.

Interview
Met with consultant manager, research manager and researcher for in-person interview. Interview was pleasant and I found out I had an offer within the month. Managers worked with me to determine if this was a good role to fit my skills and needs.
