Was super easy. You didn’t have to do multiple interviews like most companies now. I did one phone interview and one in person interview with a supervisor and I was informed in good time as well
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Euro-Center (Prague) in Jan 2025
Interview
Both of the interviews went smoothly, hassle-free, the interviewers had read thoroughly my CV so they knew the right questions to ask me to gain even more information. I got declined the role but I also received valuable feedback which I really appreciate.
The interview process was engaging, with multiple layers of interviewing, testing my aptitude but also my overall fit for the team. By the end of the process, I really felt more prepared for the job.
