2 technical rounds , hr round , Unorganised, un professional recruiter. No clear communication. Wrong and false role and facilities committed by recruiter from Mumbai. No HR throughout the interview process. She keeps calling during interview, no alignment in the process.

The call was initiated by the consultancy. The mail describes the process of interview rounds also they highlighted "same day offer if selected". I visited the office and first round is system design, second was code refactoring and third with HR. I had very bad experience with them. For code refactoring round they provided me the misconfigured machine and code was not running at all. When I informed the panelist even they try to reimport the the project again and again did not put the efforts to fix the main issue. Later they took the HR round with salary negotiation and told me wait for 2 more days. Guys we prioritise our work as per your mail description. Put some efforts to setup good environment for interview. And as per HR communication if my score was not good in technical round itself they why were you wasted my time and what was point to discuss about my salary. Worst experience ever I have with this interview process
