A recruiter reached out and spent 30 mins pitching the company to me. Despite the long phone call, the recruiter still emailed 3 separate times with follow up questions.
The next day, I was asked to provide availability and shortly afterwards, an interview was scheduled.
However, late in the evening, the head of marketing asked me to reschedule and offer new times. I did so and never heard back.
I followed up politely a few days later, still no reply.
Extremely unprofessional and disorganised
