I was hired through campus. Great experience. It was a 3 step process. 1. Written aptitude 2. Group discussion 3. Personal interview. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and it was very well coordinated. There were total 52 candidates hired from across engineering colleges that year as GETs and it was fun working and got a great deal of learning
