I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Esri
Interview
I met Esri at a career fair booth at my school, and submitted my resume and cover letter on their website. I heard back from them about two weeks later, and they wanted to schedule an interview with me. That first interview was a behavioral interview. Two weeks after that I got an email saying that the company wanted to have a second interview with me. This one was a little more technical in nature, but it wasn't hard. And I was talking to the man who would later be my manager!

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Esri (Redlands, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
There were 3 interviews in total. They are curious to learn about what you know about GIS, who you are as a person, they ask a lot of the generic job questions asked in interviews, and some role specific questions as well.
