I guess the Glassdoor reviews are spot-on - ESRI is a dinosaur of a company clutching onto unproductive, overly bureaucratic processes, interviewing included.
I tapped out after the third interview, as they wanted me to do two more rounds with FIVE other people, including Jack’s wife and co-founder Lisa Dangermond.
What a waste of my time, especially seeing the position I wanted wasn’t even managerial in nature.
Btw, I have a degree in GIS + Spatial Analysis with 10+ years in marketing. Wanted to return to my roots (live geography), but no way will I work for these people.
