Sit with admin and discuss experience and learn more about the school. Got to tour the school and see the students. Met a few teachers and they explained the role a little better.

I had previously worked for Esperanza as a special education teacher. At time of interview I was already working as a substitute teacher in the class I was trying to get a full time position.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions as I was already doing the job and reaching all the expectations.
