Escalade Sports interview questions

Applied online, was asked to come in for formal interview, initial interview was 1:1 with IT Manager and then IT Supervisor. After that I met with the design team before getting a brief tour. The interview with their IT team was, what I would consider, very unprofessional. They didn't believe they needed additional help and made sure I knew they didn't approve of a new position being filled.
