I met with a recruiter than was interviewed by the director of therapy. At that point I waited about 2 weeks before I got an offer letter. The process was easy

Virtual interview over Zoom. Pretty straight forward. Not too hard. Had an in person interview with the hiring manager and was offered the job on the spot. Good opportunity. Questions were pretty basic and not too hard to answer.
