Ermi interview questions

Personable, pleasant, great interaction. I would say that it was more of a pleasant conversation and straight to the point of what the position is and what it would entail. I like how it was direct.

Interview Process consisted of one over the phone interview/screening, and 2 separate in person interviews. Study STAR format questions, and come prepared to do a mock sales call selling any product/service you want. As long as your prepared you will do fine.
