Interview
2 people one from HR and one supervisor. The questions seemed like any interview questions about your work style and ABA. When asked questions about Erinoakkids they answered very vaguely about the culture.
The interview was a job fair that I was invited to. There were many candidates there. We all waited until our scheduled interview time, and then was interviewed by one person in the department we were applying for, a member of HR, and then we had to do a written test.
