Initially interviewed by two supervisors. You’re then given a test after your initial interview. Then an offer is sent. After the offer, a background check and drug test is given. Once completed, you’re given a start date.

Video interview with 5 or so questions and some applied questions then an in person interview. In person interview about what you would expect for a claims / customer service role.

I got an email to complete an online assessment (tested reading comprehension, grammar etc) then needed to do self recorded nterview answering their questions then was asked to have a face to face interview with supervisors.
