Interview
There are at least 3 steps that should be taken:
1) interview with Line manager that usually it focuses on: work experience, education background, explanation of previous duty/task, etc.
2) interview with HR Director and/or generalists (as the case may be) that usually it focuses on: why you want resign from your previous job? how you know our company? requested salary/bonus, etc.
3) interview with CEO and/or KAM (as the case may be) that usually it focuses on: what is the main reason you want join to our company? where you see yourself in next 5 years? etc.

A few rounds, case study, leadership logic and personality testing. Communication was clear in the beginning, and the feedback I received was positive. But towards the end, things became less consistent. Nonetheless the people I spoke to were kind and the overall experience was respectful
