First stage was a telephone conversation with HR followed by a second face to face interview with a senior manager presentation assessment. Both interviews were largely scenario based “how would you…” “what would you do if…”

Ericsson have a very straight forward and quick 2-stage interview.
Stage 1 was a HR interview to discuss my previous experience and see if I sounded like a good fit for the role.
Stage 2 was an in-person interview where you present a pre-assessment. I very much liked this stream lined approach.
