Interview
Process was split up in two interviews. First I had a telephone interview over Skype with HR representative. After succeeded to next step another interview was held with line manager at premises in Kista.

Which are the best courses you have taken in school? How do you think what you have learned can be applied at Ericsson? Very much general questions rather than difficult questions about the a certain task.
I applied through university. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Ericsson (Athlone)
Interview
The interview was friendly and quick. Questions from the interview focused on relevant skills. Communication was clear, and the team was professional. Overall, a positive experience with a smooth process.

It was a very relaxed interview process. First round was a behavioral with HR, make sure to know the company and its history. Second round is with your manager, few technical but still was mostly behavioral.

Tell me about a challenge you faced while in college, and what did you do to overcome it?
There were 3 rounds. 1st was with HR, 2nd Virtual with some mix of technical and behavioural questions. 3rd was open ended technical questions that looked more like system design.
