Interview
I applied online. I was contacted by an Erickson recruiter for phone interview approximately one week after submitting my resume. After my phone interview with the recruiter, I was contacted to set up a in-person interview for one week later. I attended the the interview which went really well. Fast forward 4 weeks, radio silence.
