Was invited to a Job Fair by Equity Residential! First Interview went really well plus I was complimented on my resume! As I was leaving, a manager caught me as I was at the elevator and said one of the property managers wanted to speak to me! So I went in and had a second interview! That went well until he called someone else over and it went downhill! He had told me he had only worked 2 jobs in the last 20 years plus said my resume looked good on paper and proceeded to laugh at me! Never asked for proof or references yet I had everything with me! Who says things like that in a job interview?
