I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (New York, NY) in Dec 2014
Interview

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (San Francisco, CA) in May 2024
Interview
It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

Interview
The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
