The interview went quite well, or so I thought at first. I wasn't that annoyed by the prospect of no base pay, only commissions, because i was mostly interested in getting the licenses for health and life insurance, which are difficult to get without a corporate sponsor. However, it strikes me as odd that such a "reputable" and established company, regulated by FINRA, would need MY PERSONAL CONTACTS in order to establish new sales, just like it would be asked of me if i sold Cutco or Avon or any other pyramid scheme.
