I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors in Feb 2023
Interview
The interviewer didn't spend the rest of his time questioning the candidate with unrelated questions. It had a good constant back-and-forth discussion which was carried out to be in effect getting straight to the point. Asked the candidate the right question without a dull moment which was carried out to showcase professionalism with exceptional demeanor; it was more or less is a great experience to be gained with all parts of each interview.
