The General Manager took my class at another studio so they could see my teaching style and ability. We met and chatted and then scheduled a formal interview and onboarding process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Equinox (Hawthorne, CA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Was very welcoming and specific as explaining what the experience they want the customers to have. I was asked to demonstrate in prson how I would coordinate the classes. We had a brief discussion after to go over a contract agreement.
