Very long, 4 step process, many months. If you are that detailed about an interview, be that detailed about the level of experience and performance in the company, very inconsistent. Thye make it seem as if they are actually professional, and they are not.

The phone screening went smoothly and was forwarded to the second interview (in-person). However, the Regional Manager was unable to commit to a time and refused to respond to my offer of extending my flexibility to meet with them. Unfortunately, this request was also left unanswered.

Lengthy process that took 8 weeks. I had 4 interviews before an offer was extended but the recruiter was transparent and helpful. I was confident I wanted the position after getting to know all the leadership
