Interview
The tone was uninspired but there was honesty about the growth aspects of the position. It was direct and transparent. They have had trouble filling the position for some time. There was a lot of turnover. There was a personality test in the interview to gauge my temperament
It started off with a conventional brief self introduction. Then, a walk through of experiences and projects. Typical follow up questions were asked for each experience and project. The interview was finished with any questions that I had.

I had 3 interviews with HR in charge, manager, and senior manager. Had an interview HR over the phone and with the manager and the senior manager at once via Teams.
