Very Long phone interview followed by shorter interview with department manager. Department manager made faces at me while I interviewed which was unsettling but I pushed through. Already knew I wouldn’t get the job from her faces though.

Interview
Overall experience was not good. They first told me, they went with another candidate, then called back a day later and offered me the position but I had to do another interview. The recruiter told me that it would be a one part interview, it was just too much back and forth. They literally gave me the run around to deny me the position. During the teams meeting they didn’t even have there cameras which made me feel uncomfortable.
