One of Epic recruiters suggested that I apply for the TS position, and I did. One of the current TS's from Epic called to go over my resume and describe the job in question. I then had to take a proctored exam online consisting of 2 parts. If you pass, they fly you over to their headquarters for a day-long interview.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
