I will be fair and say this was about four years ago just to take an assessment test it took over two hours in the process to get there first. All through a computer proctor with an international employee and I’m not trying to be offensive but I knew what they required before hand this wasnt a surprise but they checked my desk checked the room but they wanted me to do this about 2 to 3 times and it was getting to a point of major frustration. I stopped the process there and did not want to continue. The proctor was not helpful nor professional either to help walk you through it. They stayed quiet when you asked questions and had a serious face like condenscending. I really wanted to proceed but this whole assessment from beginning to end was being recorded and instead of showing my frustration I decided to end this process. I hope they got better. It is also a lose - lose situation with you as the one being interviewed bc you have to endure all the 50 rules they want you to follow just to take an asssessment to see if youre qualified.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
To go through the whole 30 minute process just to get you started
Very smooth and the HR was so nice . Although I have not been accepted but the whole process was not bad. They are professional and the interview was not long
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2010
Interview
I originally found the position on Epic's website. I'm really interesting in traveling, so I decided to give it a try. Epic has a really awesome campus, so that was intriguing too. I was contacted about 2 weeks after applying to set up a phone interview and to take a personality/skills test. The phone interview consisted of very basic questions regarding my resume and educational path. I've been offered an on-site interview, and I accepted. I have that soon.
